RELX device FAQs

Which RELX device should I buy first?

If you want adjustable power and the biggest battery of the devices that take 1.9 ml Pod Pro / Pod Pro 2 cartridges, pick the Infinity 2 (440mAh, three power levels, AED 150). If price matters most, the Infinity (AED 100) and Essential (AED 105) take exactly the same pods. Choose the Artisan for a leather body or metal finish.

Do RELX Pod Pro 2 pods fit every RELX device?

They fit the Infinity, Infinity 2, Infinity Plus, Essential and Artisan, which all use 1.9 ml pods. They do not fit the RELX Creator, which only takes 20 ml Creator pods.

Can I put Creator pods in an Infinity or Artisan?

No. Creator pods are 20 ml cartridges made only for the RELX Creator device. The Infinity, Infinity 2, Infinity Plus, Essential and Artisan take 1.9 ml RELX Pod Pro or Pod Pro 2 cartridges.

What is the difference between the RELX Infinity, Infinity 2 and Infinity Plus?

The Infinity is the original 380mAh device (AED 100). The Infinity Plus keeps 380mAh and adds a four-step battery indicator and a flat base (AED 135). The Infinity 2 moves to a 440mAh battery with three power levels and a quicker full charge of about 27 minutes (AED 150). All three take the same pods.

How long does a RELX device take to charge?

Going by the product listings, the Infinity 2 takes about 27 minutes for a full USB-C charge. The Essential takes about 40 minutes, and the Infinity, Infinity Plus and Artisan take about 45 minutes.

How fast is RELX device delivery in the UAE?

Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman can choose 1–2 hour delivery (AED 30) or 3–6 hour delivery (AED 25). Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain use a 12-hour courier (AED 25). Delivery is free from AED 300 and runs from 10 AM to 12:59 AM.

Is there a minimum order for a RELX device?

Yes, the minimum order is AED 100 before delivery charges. Every Infinity-family device (Infinity, Infinity 2, Infinity Plus, Essential, Artisan) meets it on its own. The Creator device (AED 45) needs other items added, such as Creator pods.

More ranges

The RELX device lines we sell

The RELX range splits into two pod systems. Five device lines (Infinity, Infinity 2, Infinity Plus, Essential and Artisan) all take the same 1.9 ml RELX Pod Pro and Pod Pro 2 cartridges, so you can change devices without changing flavours. The Creator is a separate system built around its own 20 ml Creator pods.

  • RELX Infinity: the original Infinity pod device. It has a 380mAh battery and an LED that flashes red when the charge runs low. AED 100.
  • RELX Infinity 2: the biggest battery of the devices that take 1.9 ml Pod Pro / Pod Pro 2 cartridges, at 440mAh. It has three power levels (5.5W, 6.5W and 8W, shown by a green, blue or purple light). AED 150.
  • RELX Infinity Plus: a 380mAh Infinity with a four-step battery indicator and a flat base, so it stands upright on a desk. AED 135.
  • RELX Essential: the entry device in the range, with a 350mAh battery and a full charge in about 40 minutes. AED 105.
  • RELX Artisan: the same pod system in a leather body. The Artisan Metal editions (Silver Wave, Hammered Steel and Black Wave) have a metal finish. AED 255.
  • RELX Creator: an 800mAh rechargeable device with a screen for battery and puff count. Its 20 ml Creator pods are rated for up to 15,000 puffs each. The device is AED 45, pods are AED 45, and the device-and-pod bundle is AED 60.

Which pods fit which RELX device

Pods are where buyers most often get stuck, so here is the short version:

  • RELX Pod Pro (1.8% nicotine, 1.9 ml, ceramic coil, AED 45, also listed under Pod Pro 18mg): fits the Infinity, Infinity 2, Infinity Plus, Essential and Artisan.
  • RELX Pod Pro 2 (1.9 ml, most flavours at 3% nicotine, AED 25): clicks into the same five devices with its magnetic connection.
  • RELX Creator pods (20 ml, 3% nicotine, AED 45): made for the Creator device only. They do not fit the Infinity-family devices, and the Creator does not take Pod Pro or Pod Pro 2.

One accessory catch: the Infinity Plus product listings say it does not fit the RELX Infinity 1000mAh or 1500mAh portable charging cases. If you already own one of those cases, choose another Infinity-family device instead.

How to choose your RELX device

The most battery and control: the Infinity 2 has the largest battery (440mAh) of the devices that take 1.9 ml Pod Pro / Pod Pro 2 cartridges, and the only adjustable power levels.

The lowest price per device: the Infinity (AED 100) and the Essential (AED 105) cost the least. Both take every Pod Pro and Pod Pro 2 flavour, so a cheaper device does not mean fewer flavours.

A battery check at a glance: the Infinity Plus has a four-step battery indicator and a flat base, so it stands on a desk without rolling.

A different material: the Artisan is the only RELX device here with a leather body or metal finish, and it takes the same pods as the others.

Fewer pod changes: the Creator's 20 ml pods are rated for up to 15,000 puffs, against roughly 500 to 650 for a 1.9 ml Pod Pro or Pod Pro 2. Remember that its pods are not shared with the rest of the range.
