TEREA delivery options and fees
These are the three delivery methods you can choose at checkout. The fee depends only on the method and your cart value, not on how many cartons you order.
| Delivery option | Where | Cart under AED 300 | Cart AED 300+ |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 2 hour | Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman | AED 30 | Free |
| 3 to 6 hour | Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman | AED 25 | Free |
| 12 hour courier | Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain | AED 25 | Free |
Delivery times are estimates. Traffic, the time your order is confirmed and any age check before handover can move them. If your address is outside the areas above, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
When you can order and when we deliver
The website takes orders around the clock, and our team answers WhatsApp 24 hours a day. Riders run from 10 AM to 12:59 AM, Dubai time, seven days a week.
- During delivery hours: the cart and checkout show a live countdown with the time window your order should arrive in if you order within the next few minutes.
- After 12:59 AM: you can still place the order. It goes out when deliveries restart at 10 AM.
- Need it by a certain time? Add a note at checkout or ask us on WhatsApp whether that time is possible.
Minimum order and free delivery
The minimum order is AED 100, counted on the products in your cart before the delivery fee. From AED 300 delivery is free on all three options, and the cart, side cart and checkout show how much more you need.
TEREA on our site is sold by the carton: 10 packs of 20 sticks, 200 sticks in total. At current prices one carton from any origin already clears the AED 100 minimum. For free delivery, two cartons of the Japan or Italy editions or three cartons of the Indonesia, Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan editions usually take you past AED 300, and you can mix flavours and origins in one order.
Payment options
You pay when your order is confirmed or when it arrives, using one of the three methods enabled at checkout:
- Cash on delivery: pay in cash when the order arrives.
- Card on delivery: pay with a card machine on delivery (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). A 5% charge is added to the order total for card payments.
- Bank transfer (UAE local bank): after we confirm your order, we send the bank details on WhatsApp.
Cash and bank transfer have no extra charge.
How to order TEREA on WhatsApp
- Pick your TEREA on the website. Every product page has an Order on WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the product name, quantity and price filled in. With several items in your cart, use Order this cart on WhatsApp on the cart page instead.
- Or message +971 55 627 7187 directly with the flavour, the origin (for example Japan or Indonesia), the number of cartons and your area.
- Send your delivery details: city, area, building or villa, flat number and a landmark if the place is hard to find.
- Choose cash, card on delivery or bank transfer, then keep your phone nearby so the rider can reach you.
Choose your TEREA by origin
We stock TEREA from several origins. The same flavour name can come in more than one edition, so open the origin you prefer or browse every flavour on the main TEREA page.
TEREA sticks are made for IQOS ILUMA devices. If you need a device too, you can add one such as the IQOS ILUMA i Standard to the same delivery.
Before the rider arrives
- TEREA is an adult-only product. We may ask you to confirm your age before dispatch or at handover, and we can refuse handover if that check cannot be completed.
- Stay reachable by phone or WhatsApp after you order. A failed attempt, for example when the address is wrong or nobody answers, can mean a delay and an extra charge for a second attempt.
- Full delivery rules are on our shipping information page, and returns are covered in the refund and returns policy.
